In this workshop you’ll learn how to: rebuild bone mass safely, improve balance and strength, prevent fractures and reduce pain, and feel confident and capable in everyday activities.
Join our expert-led osteoporosis workshop, designed to help you regain confidence for the activities you love. Not all exercise increases bone mass, which is why this evidence-based class was created to guide you through specific principles and movements proven to help prevent and manage osteoporosis and osteopenia.
This workshop is a one-time introductory 90-minute course. An ongoing group exercise class will be started soon for those interested in continuing this work in a group setting.
This workshop will be offered online as well for those that are not able to attend in person. Let us know if you would like to attend virtually so we can send you the Zoom link.
