This four-class series is beneficial for everyone — using Pilates principles, learn to reduce injury and pain while performing everyday activities. Integrate your exercise program into your daily activities. Build core strength, gain awareness, and improve coordination, posture and balance in this informational and educational workshop!

We are offering this workshop ONLINE as well as IN PERSON (limited availability)! We are excited to be able to reach more participants and know not everyone is able to attend in person.
